Privacy
No accounts. No ads. Nothing sold.
What this guide does with information, in plain words.
The short version
There are no accounts, no ads, and no cookies on this site. We do not sell or share information about you. You can use every part of the guide without telling us who you are.
When you search an address
When you choose a street address, it is sent through this site to the U.S. Census Bureau's public geocoder, which returns the map point used to show the races for that address. We do not store the address or keep a list of searches.
Our web host, Vercel, may briefly keep a technical log of requests to the site, and that log can include the address you searched. The Census Bureau handles the request under its own policies.
Your last search is remembered in your own browser, on your own phone or computer, so the guide can show your races when you come back. It is not sent to us. Choose Clear in the search box, or clear your browser's site data, to remove it.
Your marked choices and text size
Names you mark and the text size you pick are saved only in your own browser. They are never sent to us. Printing, downloading a PDF, or emailing your marked choices happens on your device; Email opens your own mail app, and this site does not send the message.
Counting visits
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses no cookies and does not identify you. It records things like the page viewed, the site you came from, your country, and your browser and device type.
Emails you send us
If you write to info@tomgreenvoterinfo.com or candidates@tomgreenvoterinfo.com, we read your message to answer it and to correct the guide. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Candidates who answer our questions
Candidates answer our questions on a Tally form. We publish the answers, photo, and links a candidate chooses to share, labeled as submitted by the candidate.
The contact email and phone number on the form are never published. We use them only to confirm the answers came from the candidate, to send updates about the candidate's page, and to answer the candidate's questions. They are kept by Tally, in our email, and in our private project notes. Tim Jespersen and Gin Jespersen see them, and so do the AI assistants that help us run the guide (GrokBot and Claude). A candidate can ask us at any time to delete their contact details or to remove their answers.
Links to other sites
The guide links to official election offices, campaign sites, and news. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this page does not cover.
Children
This guide is written for voters. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
